Weather notices apply only to eligible General Pest Control bookings
with outdoor service scope.
Weather Eligibility

Weather notices apply to House, Townhouse / Villa and Duplex with
General Pest Control.
- Unit / Apartment balcony does not count as outdoor service.
- Commercial Shop does not trigger weather notices.

German Cockroach, Flea / Bed Bug, Termite Inspection and Rodent
Control do not trigger weather notices.
Rescheduling For Weather
- Weather-related rescheduling is free.
- Weather-related rescheduling counts toward the 2 reschedule limit.

If severe weather affects the service on the day, the support team
may contact the customer to reschedule.
